Description:

This was a design-build project for the construction of a General Instruction Building at the Thayer Swing Facility. This 15,000 square foot facility was built utilizing a 100’ x 120’ fully insulated tension membrane system designed by Spung Structure. The interior build-out includes a 3,800 square foot mezzanine, as well as academic workstations, administrative offices, conference rooms and support areas.
